Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SystemLaunch website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who interacts with our platform.

Services

SystemLaunch provides AI automation consulting and implementation services, including but not limited to:

• Workflow automation design and deployment
• VAPI voice AI development and integration
• API integrations and custom system connections
• AI-powered process optimization
• Ongoing maintenance and support for deployed systems

The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual project agreements or proposals provided to clients prior to commencement of work.

Project Pricing & Payment

All project pricing is outlined in individual proposals or statements of work provided before any engagement begins. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final balances, are specified in each project agreement.

• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your project agreement.
• We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on any project with outstanding balances.
• Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and governed by the terms of your specific project agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom automation systems, workflows, and integrations built specifically for their project. SystemLaunch retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and non-proprietary components developed during the engagement.

Any pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, or tools owned by SystemLaunch prior to the engagement remain our property. We may use anonymized project details in case studies or portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts, platforms, and data required for implementation.
• Respond to communications and review deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
• Ensure that all information and materials provided to us are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain appropriate security practices for any credentials shared during the project.
• Designate a primary point of contact for project-related communications.

Limitation of Liability

SystemLaunch provides automation services on an "as-is" basis once delivered and accepted by the client. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or systems we build, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement. We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party platforms, APIs, or services integrated into your workflows.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the specific project agreement. Upon termination:

• The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
• We will provide any completed deliverables and relevant documentation.
• Access to any SystemLaunch-owned tools or platforms will be revoked.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
