The Business Foundation
We have created a multi 6-figure business, directly from nothing. Not through some form of magic, but through a lot of hustle, spreadsheets, and late nights working away. As part of this, we own and operate a $4M real estate portfolio. Sales, operation, tenant management, maintenance organization, financial management. The whole range of real business activities.
And somehow, at some point, we realize that we were spending too much time on operations rather than on growth. Client calls at midnight. Manual lead lists. Copy-pasting in 4 different platforms. We were in the business, not on the business.
The Automation Obsession
So we set out to automate. Not because we were cool trend-followers, but because we were drowning. The low-hanging fruit was email templates, calendar scheduling, Zapier. The game-changer was when we found n8n.
Where n8n allowed us to build precisely what we needed, rather than what some SaaS provider thinks we need based on their workflow fantasy league. Self-hosted, fully flexible, no pricing per task, etc, etc. We went big.
Within 2 years, we'd automated about 80% of our business operations. Lead generation ran automatically. Client requests routed themselves. Property analysis pulled data and scored opportunities without anyone touching a spreadsheet. VAPI voice assistants handled after-hours calls.
Internal Tool Builder to Agency
More and more people were curious about our process after we started getting inquiries about it through our own investor network, our YouTube channel (where we documented real-life builds through screen recordings of actual builds), and from Upwork clients looking for similar types of systems.
The agency was created based on actual demand rather than any sort of an official business plan. The basis for all systems created for clients follows the same three guiding principles that we created using through building our own systems; they must be able to run unattended, they must be able to handle errors appropriately, and they need to be well documented for someone other than the original builder to be able to maintain them.
The Methodology
The repetitive portion of the task (80%) is accomplished through automation with the remaining 20% requiring expertise. All systems developed by us are engineered to work without supervision.
Our focus is on creating true builds of complex systems. If not automatable, we will advise you of as such. If an easier solution is available, we will recommend it, even if that means less work for us.
We deliver systems that have a thorough technical build, documentation that is easy to understand, and systems that can be run by somebody other than the builder in a production environment.
